Life can be a dramatic emotional roller coaster full of pressure and all sorts but one thing I want to say to you is that you must not bottle it up.
Sometimes you need to take a breather in the midst of COVID, school, home chores, family obligations, exams, preparing for exams, friend drama and sometimes family drama. Taking time out will save you from the anguish, frustration and stress that comes with just internalising everything.
Give yourself time to just switch off devices and screens and just think or meditate on something good. It is not wasted time. Start writing journals, join communities and find something legal that will take your mind away from the pressure.
Your mind and body will thank you for it. Life is just too short to stay in negative spaces in our lives. Divert the energy to focus on something beneficial.
